Appointments are required. Walk-in appointments are not available.
First-time clients require a consultation before their first service. This can be booked in advance of your first appointment or as a part of your first appointment.
Just The Tips does not perform foreign fills or rebalances (fills on work from another salon/nail technician). If you have product on from another salon, it will need to be removed prior to your appointment or a removal service will also need to be booked.
No additional guests or children at appointments please.
Just the Tips will not apply nail enhancements on anyone under the age of 16. If you have questions, please send me a message and I'll be happy to provide more information.
If you are unwell, have any symptoms of cold, flu, COVID-19 or other illness, you will need to reschedule. If symptoms are present when you arrive, your appointment will be cancelled and the fee for the service will be charged.
Be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a change to service(s) or cancellation depending on how much time remains for the scheduled appointment.
Consistently arriving late for appointments may result in a termination of services.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations with the exception of cancellation due to illness - let's keep everyone healthy!
No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file.
After 2 occurrences of less than 24 hours' cancellation notice, or 1 no-show, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service fee will be required to rebook. Deposits will be applied towards the service.
